Conor Williams

Conor was previously a member of the investment team at Bridges Fund Management, working on the underwriting and execution of new real estate investments. During his time at Bridges, Conor was part of a team that collectively delivered c. £1.0bn GDV of industrial developments, and 3,000 residential units across the UK and Ireland.

Prior to his time at Bridges, Conor worked in the Investment banking division of BNP Paribas where he was part of the Leveraged Finance and High Yield team.

Conor graduated from Trinity College Dublin where he studied Business, Economics and Social Studies. He also holds a Masters of International Business from The University of South Carolina.

Ronan McNamara

Ronan was previously a member of Round Hill Capital’s ERIF II Investment Management team, as well as being a member of the investment team on Round Hill’s French Logistics Platform and Irish Multifamily Acquisitions Platform.

Prior to joining Round Hill, Ronan worked at CBRE London in the Residential Investment Valuation and JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets team based in Dublin.

Ronan has over 7 years of experience across Residential and Industrial asset classes, transacting on c. €500m GDV during that time. Ronan is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Masters in Real Estate from Technological University of Dublin (formerly DIT).

Robert O’Farrell

Robert brings 40 years of construction, design and, project management experience to the Dunquin team. Prior to joining Dunquin, Robert spent 14 years as Construction Director for Davy Hickey Properties. During his tenure, Davy Hickey developed over 3 million sq.ft. of commercial developments across Ireland, most notably Citywest Business Campus, which is set over 650 acres and is regarded as one of the most successful industrial and commercial parks in Ireland.

In addition to his time at Davy Hickey, Robert has held various senior development roles across the US, the UK and Ireland. A selection of notable projects include; Trocadero London (G&T Crampton), AT&T Corporate Centre Chicago (Stein & Co.), Battery Park Commercial Centre New York (Olympia & York), and a selection of acute private hospitals across Ireland (Beacon Medical Group).

Robert graduated from Trinity College Dublin, with a B.A. in Civil Engineering. He is also a Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland.
